Do you have a blog yet? A blog is a great way to get traffic. If I were you in your situation, I would register a domain and create a blog. This is easy to do with WordPress and Blogger and all those options available to you.

A Blog is a great way to get more traffic and back links for your website. Also, once you get one website up and running – you can then get another and another and link them all to your blog.

OK folks, I am getting serious now. Making money online can be great fun. That is if you are making money. If you are not, it can be depressing. So, the point is, you need to start making money to get yourself motivated.

A big lesson learned is that it takes time. When you first find out about making cash online, you get a massive rush of things to investigate. Within 2 or 3 weeks, you are overwhelmed!

This is common. However, the best thing you can do is this.

THEN – start promoting their sites. BUT REMEMBER – promote for the long term. So keep track of what you are promoting and what you have signed up for. Join as many as you can handle and then down the track, your sales will start to happen.

Once this does – take it from there and keep building.

DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE

When I started online, I joined up to many affiliate programs and websites. I was in such a rush to make some cash I ended up making nothing!

The key here – and it is a big one so listen up –

Do Things Correctly and Take Your Time.

You need to realise, that making money online is about joining many affiliate programs, promoting each one and making money over time.

You won’t make a decent amount in 2 months. In fact, it could take you 2 years to make something decent.

The point is, if you join up to promote someone’s product, remember your account logins, promote the site with your affiliate link and then be PATIENT. It does take time and it does work, but you need to be patient and you need to realise that joining up to more than one thing is the way to go.
