Yahoo Answers traffic generation idea has been around for a long time.

It all seems too easy to do.

However – spend a lot of time doing it and you will eventually see it can be a waste of time as you get banned VERY easily.

The problem with Yahoo answers is that there is not much control over what you post. OK, what I mean by this is that you could spend 2 hours answering questions and YA can simply deleted your account in seconds.

Yes – this can happen on many sites, but most sites allow you to stay when you add GOOD RELEVANT CONTENT and a link to your site.

You can add good relevant – highly relevant content to Yahoo Answers and you there is a high chance you WILL get banned. This is a common complaint about Yahoo Answers. However – some people have had luck with it.

There is a lot of spam on there as well – and rumors of others dobbing in others to get banned.

Simply – it is not really worth the effort. You may get a few hits for a week or so – but then BAM – you get banned so it is not really a long term solution.

Find other long term solutions like;

- Writing Articles
- Posting good relevant content on other people’s blogs as a comment in your niche
- Posting to forums in your niche.

You need to spend the time to post excellent comments to attract visitors your way.
